Hands-on experience with scientific instruments

• Absorption Spectroscopy: UV-absorption spectroscopy was used to abosobation spectrum for different cyanobacterial samples by Shimadzu UV spectrophotometer.
• HPLC: High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) instrument was used for separation and characterization of different sugar samples by Waters 1525 Binary System.
• Leica Microscopy: Leica DM 750 trinocular microscopy used for micro morphometric analysis.
• FTIR: I am familiar with the FTIR for functional group identification.
• Gel-DOC: Skill in handling with Bio-Rad Gel-DOC for Protein imaging.
